                        General:
                Minimum purchase: one block (10x10 pixels), price: $1 per year; all prices are in US Dollars. You can create different shapes and orientations of your picture (portrait/landscape view) if you buy more blocks - so you can jump out of the box and get even more attention.

                Purchasing block(s) means you can place your picture (and link - optional) and get all the benefits provided to you by our 100 Year Guarantee. You do not become an owner of any part of TheEternalPicture.com or the project associated with the website mentioned. Both are entirely owned by Orlin Marinov and Hovhannes Vardevanyan.

                If the files you provided (small and large picture, link) are accepted and published at The Eternal Picture website, you cannot get your money back.

                TheEternalPicture.com will be online for 100 years or longer. Restric- tions apply - see our 100 Year Guarantee.
                Images and links:
                Images can represent the whole face, part of the face, the whole body, part of the body, more than one person, a whole class… Some art-inspired alteration is allowed as long as it doesn't corrupt the whole image itself.

                Obscene and/or offensive pictures and links are not allowed. You will be asked to submit different ones.

                The owners of TheEternalPicture.com take decisions concerning images and links approval.
 
                Small image must be the exact size you paid for - one block is 10x10 pixels, four blocks are 10x40 pixels or 20x20 pixels etc.

                Large image must be max. 100x100 pixels, none of the sides can be longer than 100 pixels. Consequently - one of the image side must be smaller than 100 px if it's not a square-shaped space - because of the proportion. We will resize this image proportionally if necessary.

                Both images must be JPG, GIF or PNG files. NO animated images allowed.

                You can only change your image before the project is completed; after that - it will be "locked". Same terms apply for removing.

                You can change your link (URL) but you are allowed to do this only once every 6 months.

                Your link (URL) must direct to your personal website or profile page (at Facebook, Twitter, MySpace…) and must start like this:  http://

                You must own the (copy)right for the images and link provided.
