The Guarantee

                One hundred pixels for one hundred years
        
                Yes, we do guarantee for everyone of you who bought one block (or more) that his/her picture will stay unchanged, accessible and visible at the same position for one hundred years (or more). The Guarantee is officially valid for you right from the moment when the whole Eternal Picture  is complete and even earlier - when both  your payment has cleared and your request is proper (needs no additional corrections or file submission).

 100 Year Guarantee
           This Guarantee governs the relations between the owners of "TheEternalPicture.com" - Orlin Angelov Marinov and Hovhannes Vardevanyan (called "The Owners") and those included in the image of "The Eternal Picture" (called "The Customers").
          1. The Owners undertake to maintain the complete image of "The Eternal Picture" (called "The Image") unchanged for a minimum period of 100 (one hundred) years, during this period The Image is visible on the Internet at: http://www.TheEternalPicture.com
          1.1. Each Owner is personally liable for the obligation (item 1.) .
          1.2. If The Owners become unable to fulfill the obligation (item 1.), They must ensure that another person/s or organization/s are responsible within 7 (seven) days.
          1.3. If the performance of the obligation (item 1.) occurs to be prevented by circumstances beyond the owners (collapse of Internet technology, natural disaster, war, etc.), then The Owners are required to provide an alternative way for The Customers to access The Image within 30 (thirty) days.
           2. Quality and integrity of The Image
           2.1. The Image is visible in 1000x1000 pixel resolution.
           2.2. The personal picture of each Customer is always visible at the same position within The Image.
           2.3. The personal picture occupies the exact amount of space (in pixels) corresponding to the block/s (size 10x10 pixel) purchased.
           2.4. The Image remains unchanged after being completed, unless a Customer requests deletion of his/her personal picture after the presentation of a valid reason.
           2.5. The blank space of The Image (item 2.4.) may be occupied by new customers after winning a public auction.
           3. This guarantee is valid from the time of filling The whole Image 1000x1000 pixel.
           4. The Owners reserve the right to modify the present guarantee at any time, without notice. The modifications will be shown on this page.
